Choosing a new window is first and foremost a question of taste and design choice. Simply, do you
like the look of the window and will it suit my home? Yet, beneath the surface 'good looks' of the
Classic New Era sliding sash window there are a host of design features to improve your window's
performance and appeal.
 
 
 
 

Styles:
All window styles can be produced including
features such as arched head top sashes and
bay windows. Ask us here at Clevedon Window
Centre for full details.
Tilt option:
By making the most of modern designs and
materials, the Classic New Era window can be
made so that either or both sashes have an
optional 'tilt inwards' facility. This can help with
ventilation and make cleaning much easier.
Glazing:
All windows are designed with 24mm double
glazed sealed units. Balances All windows are
supplied with appropriate spring balance fully

Safety:
An optional sash restrictor is available.
Period Detail:
Period details available include the
decorative 'horns' featured on the top
sliding sash; the availability of brass
effect sash lifts, thumb cam locks and
sash restrictors.
Glazing Bars:
To produce that aesthetic Georgian
appearance, glazing bars can be applied
to the outside of the window or, for the
most authentic appearance, glazing bars
can be added to both the inside and
outside of the window and fitted in between
the two panes of glass inside the double
glazed sealed unit.
